LSAT Engine maintains this website, any courses/workshops/seminars offered, and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Service” and forms a binding agreement between you and LSAT Engine. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

LSAT Engine makes no warranties or representations as to the performance or merchantability of the products or services referred to on this website. LSAT Engine is not liable for any damage to hardware or software by anyone accessing this website, or for loss of business or profits, or for any consequential damages made by any party using the information on this website for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action.

The materials appearing on LSAT Engine’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Use of Site

LSAT Engine provides various materials, electronic documents, information, quizzes, tests, performance analytics, questions, articles, news, and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”), as well as videos in courses offered through this site (the “Videos”).

LSAT Engine authorizes each User to view, download, and print the Materials for the User’s own personal LSAT preparation. Users may not modify the Materials, and all copyright and proprietary notices, including watermarks, must remain intact on any copy. Users may not sell, rent, lend, publish, share, or otherwise distribute the Materials to any other person or entity, in any form or by any means. The Videos may be streamed through the Site but may not be downloaded, recorded, or redistributed.

Access to the Site and course is provided for the duration of the User’s enrollment or subscription. Any breach of these Terms of Service automatically terminates the User’s authorized use of the Site.

User Warranty

As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee or acting on behalf of any other person affiliated with or employed by any test preparation company other than LSAT Engine. As a User, you further warrant that you are using the Site, Materials, and Videos solely for the purpose of preparing for the LSAT.

Terms of Service Updates and Revisions

LSAT Engine may at any time revise these Terms of Service by updating this posting. By using this website, you agree to be bound by any such updates and revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms of Service to which you are bound.

Copyright Notification

All materials, names, and terms on the Site are the property of LSAT Engine or its licensors. LSAT questions and PrepTest content are the property of the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), used under license. Nothing on this website should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of these materials, names, terms, and trademarks displayed on this website, without the written permission of LSAT Engine. Except as expressly authorized in these Terms of Service, none of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of LSAT Engine. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on this website may violate copyright laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. LSAT Engine enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

Text Message Communications

LSAT Engine sends text messages to enrolled students related to their progress in the course. This includes study reminders, milestone notifications, schedule updates, and replies to customer support questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

You opt in to receive SMS messages from LSAT Engine by checking the SMS consent checkbox during signup. This consent is separate from your agreement to these Terms of Service. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using LSAT Engine's services.

Message frequency varies based on your activity in the course. Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from us. Your phone number and the contents of SMS conversations are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
