How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf — such as payment processing, application hosting, content delivery, error monitoring, SMS delivery, and customer support messaging. These providers process information under obligations to protect it and only as needed to provide their services to us. This includes the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), with whom we share student-account linkage information when you purchase LawHub Advantage through us. Our forms are also protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, court order, or other lawful request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LSAT Engine, our users, or others.

If LSAT Engine is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We may share information with other parties when you direct us to do so.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how you use the Services, and improve them. Most web browsers accept cookies by default; you can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or alert you when they are being sent. If you disable cookies, some features of the Services may not function properly.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After your account is closed or becomes inactive, we may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and financial records), resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the address below.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Children's Privacy

If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you are under 18, please review this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service with a parent or guardian before using the Services.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.

Text Message Communications

For details about how we collect SMS consent, the types of text messages we send, message frequency, and how to opt out, please see the "Text Message Communications" section of our Terms of Service. We do not sell or share your phone number or the contents of your SMS conversations with third parties for marketing purposes.
